YPAD SL LTD.  is an arising youth base partnership business stemming from the Youth Entrepreneurship, Development and Growth project implemented by the Center for Coordination of Youth Activities through the National Youth Commission - NAYCOM courtesy of the support from the Africa Development Bank -ADB. This business is gearing towards Sustainable integrated fish farming activities under green protocols for efficient food security fight in the Country. The business unit is comprised of Students of Njala University who believe that every emerging opportunity should be tapped in unbiasedly for the growth and self Employment and Empowerment conditions of the youths of Sierra Leone.
The business has the mission of Providing heathy fish and fishery products  to the local and with time to international markets for quality human consumption that will heighting health efficiency and body maintenance following ideal best Management practices and food safety maintenance conditions.As a group of 15 Students' partners, our service line are :
✍🏼Local Practical Fish Feed production✍🏼Water Quality monitoring and maintenance service✍🏼 Marketing and advertising of fresh water and Sea food  products✍🏼Pond Management and Construct service✍🏼 Consultancy
As a New business arising, we want to declare to the public that we are open to support as in grants opportunities, partnership in shares, Investment and Technical assistances. 
This business is Climate Smart Focus, and as such we are equally into Climate change action initiative for a greener community, we are on a tenter hook to promote the Aquaculture/ Fish Farming sector, we optimistically look forward to a giant development in the blue economy of the Country.
